Dr. Uwe Kirschner
Dr. Uwe Kirschner is Vice President and Partner of Business Model Innovation at Bosch Innovation Consulting. Together with his team, he systematically develops and supports the implementation of innovative solutions in explore and exploit businesses of the Bosch Group and external customers. Bosch Innovation Consulting has developed a fast, structured and capital-efficient validation program for more than 300 innovation projects worldwide. Since 2020, Bosch Innovation Consulting also offers external corporates support in driving innovation. In doing so, Dr. Uwe Kirschner works on the basis of a holistic understanding of business combined with a professional management background. With many years of in-depth experience in numerous business areas, he has been able to develop extensive knowledge on how to drive business model innovation independent of industry domains.
